Requirements / organisational issues
The semester discusses recent advances in pattern recognition and computer vision (with a focus on deep learning methods). The seminar will comprise a small practical project, which should be discussed in the write-up to be handed in in the end (which, in turn, will be shorter than usual).The seminar can be combined with Modeling 1, Modelling 2, Statistical Geometry Processing and the 2D and 3D Computer Vision lectures. For other combinations, please consult with the person responsible for the module.
This seminar will be held during the semester break.
